As the Executive Chairman of Ervin Cable Construction, I have been leading the company\'s growth and innovation for over four decades. I have a bachelor\'s degree in business administration and management, and a passion for building networks that connect people and communities.My core competencies include problem solving, new business development, and team building. I have overseen the expansion of the company\'s operations across multiple states and regions, securing contracts with major clients and partners in the telecommunications industry. I have also fostered a culture of excellence and collaboration among our employees, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Besides my professional endeavors, I enjoy challenging myself with adventurous pursuits. I have climbed the seven highest peaks in the world, including Mount Everest in 2018. I am now making plans to walk to both north and south poles completing the “Adventurers Grand slam” I have also participated in two seasons of The Amazing Race with my daughter Mallory Ervin, showcasing our resilience and teamwork.
