I work in two distinct sectors with the common factor being the transformation of business operations to enhance efficiency and improve revenue. In common with all Newton projects, the focus of my team is the delivery of measurable aspects of improvement such as revenue, efficiency or schedule adherence. We guarantee delivery of this improvement and set up the processes to ensure the improvement is both sustained and continues after our involvement. In the \'Air, Land & Sea\' sector of Newton I have delivered operational improvement programmes for clients including BAE Systems and Interserve on cost reduction and improvements to the scheduled delivery of major programmes.We have used a similar tool-set within the Local Government sector.
