ABOUT GALANG IKRAR S

With a bachelor informatic engineering degree from Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa and over 4 years of experience in software testing, automation, and performance optimization, I am a Senior Software Development Engineer at AceMeta, a leading company in Money Management solutions. At AceMeta, I develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios based on user acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with project requirements and facilitating both manual and automated testing processes to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications. I also implement Jira Xray for testing documentation, enabling Project Managers to track testing status and results and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on that documentation. Additionally, I suggest new features and enhancements for UI/UX to the Product Manager to improve the app and accelerate development speed from 50% to 80% for both bug fixes and new feature implementations or enhancements. I have acquired a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools, such as Cypress, Katalon, Selenium, WebdriverIo, across diverse industries, including banking, e-commerce, and fintech. I have also developed Cypress for web testing from scratch and reduced regression testing time from 7 hours to 2 hours by using automation to assist the internal QA team at OrderOnline.id, a previous employer. Furthermore, I have led and managed the QA team in Jakarta, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and coordination of testing activities across projects at DKATALIS, another previous employer. I am seeking a challenging Senior Quality Engineer role to contribute my expertise in enhancing software quality, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of robust and user-centric Money Management solutions. I am committed to collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing effective test strategies, and implementing best practices to achieve organizational excellence and elevate user experiences in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
