Provide high volume, full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles throughout various companies • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find candidates through a variety of methods including internet searches, social and professional networking groups, referrals, and the ability to source existing or former candidates• Achieve a strong interview-to-hire ratio and secure high-quality hires through effective negotiation tactics• Capture candidate tracking and notes within the applicant tracking system• Lead salary negotiations and give offers to candidates by the law and our compensation strategy• Partner with leads, hiring managers, and HRBP to create and revise job descriptions and understand salary range and position requirements• Support recruitment reporting using ATS data to inform recruitment strategy• Ensure a smooth onboarding from the beginning to the end for new hires• Work across different time zones to support hiring needs, this includes working outside of normal business hour• Approach all interactions and process improvement with candidate experience in mind• Attend career fairs and other recruiting events• Maintain a high level of accountability for adherence to processes
