ABOUT FLETCHER MCKENZIE
Mr. McKenzie is a water/wastewater engineer with more than 10 years of experience. He has been part of project teams creating hydraulic models for the analysis of distribution systems including wet well design, pump selection, control valve design, external pipeline load analysis, as well as open channel hydraulics, and gravity pipeline design. Mr. McKenzie has extensive experience in hydraulic transient analysis using various software packages. He has created hydrologic models to estimate peak storm flows including drainage basin delineation, floodplain mapping, and water balance models. Mr. McKenzie has experience with operation and maintenance of environmental remediation systems, has led a field team for groundwater sampling on a hazardous waste (HAZWOPER) site, performed soil sampling, and provided QA oversight and construction management for a reservoir liner installation, and waste water treatment plant modification project. He also has previous job experience supervising household potable water connections and a gravity sewer system and oxidation pond construction.Mr. McKenzie is experienced in a wide variety of software programs and database packages including, Innovyze InfoSewer, InfoWater, InfoSurge, KYPipe, KYSurge, AFT Impulse, Bentley HAMMER, WaterCAD, EPANET, HEC-GeoRAS, HEC-RAS, WhAEM, ArcMap, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Mathcad, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), as well as some experience with Python computer language.
