Lead operational and technical execution of a large-scale, multi-country clinical project evaluating TB preventive therapy (TPT) in six countries.• Utilize target trial design and comparative effectiveness approaches to assess outcomes versus randomized controlled trials.• Oversee the full project lifecycle from protocol development and stakeholder engagement to implementation and reporting.• Serve as primary liaison to internal teams, CDC headquarters, in-country partners, and funders across multiple time zones.• Oversee 40 cross-functional staff across six countries, ensuring timely deliverables, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.• Track milestones and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with expected invoicing and financial targets.• Operate in an agile project structure and contribute to internal process improvements and innovation scale-up strategies.• Represent the project in stakeholder meetings, international forums, and data use workshops.• Actively identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and guide team members through resolution.
