ABOUT ALAN MATTHEW

The CDC Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports the emergency response efforts of the CDC and its partners. As an Operations Specialist, I work with various stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and program managers, to coordinate and facilitate jurisdictional efforts. I use my communication and organization skills to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and deliverables. I have a strong educational background in health care administration, with a Master of Science degree from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management from William Woods University. I also have a minor in Management Information Systems, which enables me to learn and utilize various systems and tools, such as Taleo, Lawlogix, Peoplesoft, ADP, Salesforce, Smartsheet, NetSuite and Selerix, to perform my job functions efficiently and effectively. I have earned multiple certifications in Excel and HR systems, demonstrating my proficiency and interest in learning new skills. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of people and communities, and I am motivated by the mission and vision of the CDC Foundation.
