My skills and experiences in the last decades, in the international arena, have evolved starting from product management, to market management to the current position of Marketing Manager of the Controls Product Line. My goal is to investigate and support all product, market and promotion initiatives within the Controls Product Line aimed to achieve the common focus, to sell the Product Line competences in: Energy Efficiency Monitoring and Control solutions, Parking Guidance Systems, Data Center Monitoring, EV Charging and PV Storage Monitoring, Installation and On-board machine Monitoring for the global market. In 1998 I was the co-founder of the Energy Management product line and also the driving force behind the evolution of Energy Efficiency product solutions within the Carlo Gavazzi Automation Business Unit. The Controls Product Line represents today one of the three pillars of Carlo Gavazzi in terms of Company revenue and resource allocation. I am the co-owner of the product strategy within Controls\' products and business activities. I am currently a member of the steering committee. Today I am the head of Controls Marketing focused on- defining the global market and the market segment strategy - defining the overall product strategy - developing and implementing promotion activities and tools - supporting the digitization of sales and business intelligence - reinforcing the recognition of the Carlo Gavazzi brand in monitoring and control solutions - increasing the visibility and growth of the Company.
