In this role, I manage all aspects of organic social media from creation, to copywriting, scheduling, and eventually analyzing performance metrics. In 2.5 years, I\'ve grown our LinkedIn following from 4,500 to in a wonderful collaboration with our paid ads strategy! I am perfecting my project management skills this year, reporting to our Director of Marketing, by successfully managing relationships with 3-4 external partners day-to-day. I play a strategic role in our public relations efforts with our digital marketing agency and continue to look for professional development opportunities everywhere. Outside of the marketing team, I work closely with our HR team on internal and external communications, along with the development of company-wide initiatives.
