About Erin Dorsey
With thirty years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development, Erin considers her mission as a coach to create a mutual exploration that instills a sense of optimism and boldness. She was one of the original leadership coaches at the Ken Blanchard Companies and is a co-founder of the Henley Leadership Group where she serves as an executive coach.
