Acts as the Bill & Payment Product Manager, leading a small team to identify technology and non-technology improvements to Avista’s billing and payment processes. Works with technology leadership to assess current and alternative technology offerings for payment processing and billing services- Responsible for vendor engagement to investigate alternative market offerings for UX/CX improvements, economic savings, or other benefits - Leads a team that is using experience design methodologies to identify resolutions to customer and employee pain points - Engages with a cross functional leadership team to identify and investigate roadmap items and elevates them to governance as needed - Partners with other PMs to identify and collaborate on other product improvements within Avista\'s bill and payment ecosystem
