ABOUT ERIC QUARLES
Professionally I was an Aerospace Maintenance Duty Officer in the Navy with over 20 years of acquisition experience. That experience has spanned nearly a dozen aircraft airframes and three classes of nuclear aircraft carriers. I’ve focused on leadership and results working on countless projects in the areas of Large Scale Operational Test & Evaluation, Remote/Tactical Logistics, Industrial Operations, Governmental Employee (GS) Relations, Emergency Management, and all facets of Aircraft Maintenance, to include rotary and fixed wing aircraft software development, propulsion, communications, and avionics. A highlight of my career has been the broad spectrum of jobs I have experienced from directing penetration testing on the most recent nuclear aircraft carrier and the Joint Strike Fighter to additive manufacturing to reverse engineering of components for the oldest F-14 Tomcats in the fleet. My experience is bolstered by my Master’s of Science in Information Technology & Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor\'s of Science in Computer Science. I use my educational experience daily and I specialize in transforming organizations through thoughtful guidance and servant-based leadership. I’m looking forward to expanding my career with a position that values diversity, inclusion, and competing ideas along with the challenges of leadership without authority.
