With over a decade in international automotive and manufacturing environments, I’ve worked close to the product, close to the customer, and close to the people who keep complex systems running.My background is in engineering and global project leadership, shaped by cross-regional experience — including time living and studying in Asia. Over time, I’ve learned that real impact comes not just from technical excellence, but from the ability to structure complexity, listen with intent, and turn insight into clear decisions.What defines my way of working is a strong sense of ownership, calm execution, and long-term thinking.
