I’m a curious, passionate, and team-orientated engineer in the aerospace and defense industry. I’m inspired by and grateful to work at the intersection of business, engineering, and operations to create innovative new technologies that are changing and will continue to change the world. As an associate in the Raytheon Technologies’ Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP), I rotated through three positions spanning business units, the commercial and military markets, and the East and West Coasts. The ELDP exposed me to multiple facets of our business portfolio challenging me to adapt to new environments and situations quickly. It developed me into an enthusiastic, capable leader focusing on cross-functional collaboration and results-driven success to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.
