As the Lead Luxury Fragrance Specialist for L’Oréal’s luxury brands—including Ralph Lauren, Mugler, Viktor & Rolf, Azzaro, Prada, and Valentino—I support the Account Executive by driving sales, managing team performance, and enhancing brand visibility. Through strategic merchandising, team leadership, and exceptional customer engagement, I create an elevated in-store experience that strengthens brand presence and maximizes sales.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution:Collaborate with store partners to ensure consistent store execution.Devise and lead the execution of Beauty events to enhance sales and promote continuous learning.Analyze business results to identify and act on sales-driving opportunities.Communication and Collaboration:Effectively communicate priorities, strategies, and directions to Division and store teams.Lead and actively participate in event execution, including corporate, promotional, vendor launch events, and virtual events.Store Visits and Training:Prepare for, actively participate in, and follow up on store visits and pre-season planning meetings.Support the onboarding of new Beauty Advisors, reinforcing and monitoring engagement and completion of education requirements.Operational Management:Product Launch and Sales Activities:Provide operational support for product launches, events, and in-store sales activities.Monitor the cleanliness of counter stock and display units.Merchandising Standards:Promote adherence to merchandising standards.Communicate stock needs/concerns and identify inventory opportunities.Training and Development:Coaching and Development:Coach Beauty Advisors and Retail Support Specialists to increase sales and fulfill responsibilities.Facilitate training on maximizing productivity, selling skills, and customer service for Beauty Advisors and Retail Support Specialists.
