My work as a Sr. Program Manager feels more like a calling than a job. I’m impassioned when I am able to help resolve issues and find solutions to complex problems. Negotiating contracts, signing new business, and implementing new products, processes and procedures, is where I have the most fun. I’ve been described as a “superstar” in my dealings with partners and customers.As a Sr. Program Manager at T-Mobile, I’ve thrived in a constantly changing and controlled environment. I’ve been able to maintain key relationships with coworkers and with clients even after I no longer managed their book of business. The relationships I have formed go beyond business as I take a genuine interest in the lives of everyone I come in contact with. Prior to my management career, I gained valuable skills leading soldiers as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. In the Army I learned key values of integrity and selflessness that I have taken into my professional career. These values have made me an asset as I consistently set out to exceed expectations in any role that I take on.
