Hello, my name is Edward Posenato. In my almost twenty years of work in the retail and customer facing arenas, I have found that to truly excel in a position there is a \"give and take\" required between the employee and the company.I believe that the best way to utilize team members is to provide an area in which they are empowered to succeed. I have a proven history of exceeding company metrics and goals while maintaining long term relationships with customers and vendors.I believe that in one\'s toolkit there are three vital tools which one needs to succeed.
