ABOUT JANET JARQUIN
I am a bilingual Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) with expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, developmental psychology, and organizational behavior management (OBM). I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent toddlers, children, adolescents, and young adults—and just as importantly, their families, siblings, and caregivers. My work spans both individualized and systems-level interventions. I collaborate with schools, community organizations, and human service agencies to implement evidence-based practices that enhance inclusion, learning, and long-term behavioral success. Through an OBM lens, I also help organizations optimize team performance, streamline processes, and build supportive, sustainable systems that empower staff and improve outcomes. My practice is rooted in cultural responsiveness, compassion, and a commitment to meaningful change—whether I’m conducting a functional behavior assessment, mentoring a team, or guiding a family through a challenging moment.
