Experienced Senior Proposal Director with over 25 years in providing professional services across various industries to include construction and environmental industries primarily in the Federal and local Government sectors. Oversee Proposal Centers staffed with 20 Proposal Managers, designers, desktop publishers, and other support personnel, including consultants. Lead strategy discussions for large priority opportunities involving capture and operations team. Responsible for creating and implementing AI initiatives that improve efficiencies across capture and proposal processes. Track and set up Go/No-Go reviews major accounts such as Navy, US Army Corp of Engineers, and the DOE; working closely with corporate executives and capture managers.
