Doug is an enterprise sales professional, Certified Project Manager (PMP) and accomplished Human Capital Management (HCM) software consultant with over 20 years of consulting services selling, engagement management, project management and Oracle/Workday ERP system implementation experience. Effective at consultative selling to executive teams and establishing the business case for investment. Emphasis on providing direction and technical leadership for the planning, management, and implementation of SaaS/cloud-based solutions to drive business growth. Proven ability to determine client needs and translate them into requirements that support the company’s business objectives.
