As the primary point of contact for the Cherokee Federal Supplemental Support contract, the MHS GENESIS Wave Engagement Lead works directly with the LEIDOS Partnership for Defense Health (LPDH) and the DoD Leads ensuring program cohesion by managing multiple facets of the MHS GENESIS implementation including scheduling, technical performance, and workload assignments. • Managed the Patient Care Location (PCL) Team in support of the Military Health System (MHS) GENESIS project and work closely with the Defense Health Agency (DHA)/Department of Defense (DoD) Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) Point of Contacts (POCs). • Over 6 years of working with DHA/Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) on Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations. • Respected Healthcare Customer Success Manager, owning responsibility for deploying, training, supporting, and growing health plan, hospital, and ambulatory healthcare participants. • Proven to execute on multiple high-priority projects, manage and escalate risks, and manage stakeholder expectations. • Liaise between external customers and internal departments, driving opportunity to resolution. • Directly supported the Essentris EHR software for the DoD, Veterans Administration (VA) and commercial hospitals in the United States, Asia, and Europe. • Implemented over 150 Oracle/Micros Point of Sale (POS) installations in 13 states. • Ability to effectively analyze customer workflows and business information for system configuration. • Active DoD Public Trust Clearance.
