This initiative, encompasses training programs, supplier management, and equipment upgrades, improving guest satisfaction-Spearheaded the revitalization of the hotel\'s HACCP system, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and elevating standards across all culinary processes and procedures-Selected as a 32 finalist of \"Chef of The Year 2024 Australia\", the 8th time being selected for this honor, showcasing consistent excellence and dedication to the culinary craft.
