Establish, develop, and maintain strategic relationships within a portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth, identify upsell opportunities, and mitigate churn- Solidify and grow relationships with key accounts through face-to-face meetings- Present, promote, and sell software to both new divisions/departments at existing accounts as well as new inbound leads (prospects)- Maintain CRM pipeline with the latest intel from customer meetings to provide accurate forecasts- Engage inbound leads and proactively manage the full life cycle of the deal from prospect to close to post-sales relationship management- Collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure customers\' needs are met.
