I am a seasoned and versatile sales and account manager with an 8+ year track record of growing and maintaining a sales pipeline in the optical industry across 2 organizations. During this period, I have helped both companies significantly grow their products and services through the development of trusting relationships and impactful sales strategies. I have led teams and trained numerous sales representatives across the country who continue to capture incremental market share. I am passionate about instructing and have been one of the primary trainers at both organizations; working one-on-one to establish consistencies and best practices among the team.Additionally, I was a head tumbling and acrobatics coach for many years. I served as a volunteer assistant coach at Quinnipiac University for 1 season and, most recently, as a contract coach at Sacred Heart University where we achieved 5 National Championships in 5 years at the Division-1 level. This experience has benefited me greatly in the professional world as I coach employees and clients to success.
