Buying or Selling property is an important financial decision not to be taken lightly. Growing up in New York on Long Island, I learned the skills of general construction, plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling, custom cabinetry, landscaping, even irrigation from family at a young age. My 40+ years of knowledge and experience with all thing’s property related is extensive. For over 36 years in the intelligent structure industry, over 12 owning my own companies; I’ve worked with some of the top architects, designers, and builders in the NY tri state area, Southern California, S. Florida & Europe in well over luxury properties globally on land and sea from design to completion before going into real estate as a property consultant; so, my eye for detail and what can be is like no other.
