About Dave Walker

I have a strong maintenance background in dry, glass filling and packaging and aseptic equipment. I have been with Conagra Foods for the better part of the last 20 years. Hired in in 94 as a maintenance technician and In the early I was asked to move into the supervisory role, two years later asked to manage the maintenance of the entire facility. In 09 we embarked on the TPM journey I was asked to join the corporate team traveling to our platform plants installing TPM. My maintenance background proved to be helpful working primarily in the PM, early management, and continuous skills development pillars with a primary focus on Skills development.
