ABOUT DANIELLE ZIRLOTT

With over 18 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), I have a deep understanding of both the operational and technical aspects of the industry. My career began in an outsourced CBO setting, where I honed my skills on the front lines—handling patient inquiries, managing insurance claims, posting receipts, and more. Over the years, I transitioned into managing RCM operations for hospitals and clinics, leading initiatives like software implementations, denial management programs, and process improvements.I have worked with various EHR/EMR platforms throughout my career, with a particular focus on TruBridge EHR and RCM solutions. My expertise spans across a wide range of healthcare environments, collaborating with dozens of hospitals and clinics across the U.S, to improve cash flow, optimize revenue cycle performance, and shorten the overall cycle.
