1. Manager - Business Analysis - Partner Integration Relations

   I\'ve been with Paylocity since 2016. In my current role at Paylocity I\'m responsible for the management of a few different teams of Analysts and directing their work through their team leads (supervisors). I currently manage the team we call Partner Relations which is responsible for creating standardized integration solutions with our partners. To create these integrations we must define, architect, and document what we create together. This team is responsible for providing advice, guidance, and consultation to our partners and clients to facilitate the creation of the complex integration solutions that are needed to design a cohesive integration with Paylocity. The integration solutions include HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Onboarding, Recruiting, ERP, POS, IdP and other SaaS systems. The team also consults with clients on creating custom integrations of their own when they are using our Open API platform.I also manage the teams responsible for the implementation and support of a few of our newest integrated solutions, including IT Asset Management and Access Management. I also manage our API Support team, another part of our integration department. These teams include responsibilities for advising clients and partners on adapting their integration solutions to their ever changing needs, handling support issues, or migrating from a file-based integration to an API-based integration.
