Led the startup and implementation of the Robotics CoP for Elevance’s Provider Data Solutions organization. The stated goal was to provide operational efficiencies and cost savings through Robotics Process Automation (RPA). Accomplishments Included- Established the Robotics Community of Practice for Elevance’s Provider Operations organization- Procured 11-person vendor RPA delivery team capable of developing 4-5 automations simultaneously at a cost of $45K per automation resulting in a 90% cost reduction of prior consultancies $420K per automation- Implemented 11 UiPath unattended automations to eliminate duplicate data entry into legacy transactional and reporting systems. Automations processed 325K+ transactions saving 55K+ hours- Led initial discovery sessions to scope robotics opportunities including business case, estimated benefits and current state process- Implemented a Kanban visual management system to manage all RPA automation projects, change requests and defects- Developed and implemented all policies and procedures for RPA opportunities from initial discovery to delivery resulting in decreased delivery times and higher quality of robotic automations.
