With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate development. I founded and have led COMVEST Properties, LLC and its affiliated platforms, specializing in retail development, net lease retail, and senior living communities. As the Founder and Senior Managing Member, I coordinate all aspects of development, project financing, as well as maintaining strong relationships with retail banks and investors.I am passionate about creating value-added properties that serve the needs and preferences of diverse stakeholders and communities. I have successfully developed or re-developed over two million square feet of company-owned retail developments, and partnered with Blake Management Group to expand The Blake-branded senior housing properties in select markets. I am also a co-managing member of Mladinich Holdings, LP, a family-owned real estate investment company. I hold a Professional Certificate in Advanced Management Development in Real Estate from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and a Certificate in Private Wealth Management from The Wharton School.
