Overview of ProjectsOrganizational Design Projects: Collaborated with leaders of various community-based organizations and foundations to redesign or develop organizational structures that enhanced effectiveness and efficiency. Programs were evaluated using evidence-based tools and surveys tailored to meet the needs of clients. Staff participated in post-evaluation discussions to inform program improvements using the data. Projects included primary and secondary research, focusing on workforce development.
