With over 16 years of experience in Human Resources, I lead the people agenda in Latin America with a strong strategic and business-driven approach.My career includes experience at large companies such as Embraer, Yara, Puratos and Hershey, where I built solid expertise in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development. Over time, my role evolved into a broader executive scope, integrating people strategy with business performance.Today, I act as a strategic Latam HR Leader, overseeing talent management, succession planning, performance, engagement, compensation, benefits, and key organizational projects. I partner closely with senior leaders to strengthen decision-making, build high-performing teams, and align culture with business priorities.I am recognized for my executive presence, strong influencing skills, and ability to operate in multicultural and matrix environments. My international exposure in Spain, France, England, and the United States, combined with fluency in foreign idiom, allows me to connect global strategy with local execution.With a solid business mindset and strong technical expertise (SAP, SuccessFactors, LMS, BI tools), I focus on driving sustainable performance while building leadership capability and long-term organizational strength.
