The ecomConnect Programme is the e-commerce initiative at the International Trade Centre that supports micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises from developing and least developed countries in overcoming barriers to e-commerce. My tasks involve: • Design, manage and implement e-commerce projects in developing and least developed countries. • Coordinate the E-commerce Leadership Programme in ITC e-commerce project in Central America, which is a mentoring programme between advanced and beginner entrepreneurs in the region. • Develop training materials and deliver workshops and coaching sessions, based on the design thinking methodology, to e-commerce entrepreneurs and local experts, in English, Spanish and French. • Design and implement a programme communications plan, from social media to events organisation and other marketing materials, such as blog stories, press releases and brochures. • Promote the ecomConnect Programme among ecosystem players, such as donors, incubators, accelerators, private companies and international organisations to raise awareness and receive funds. • Manage, nurture and foster engagement at ecomconnect.org, the online community for e-commerce entrepreneurs with a special focus on developing and least developed countries. • Monitor closely participants’ feedback and offer solutions to their challenges • Analyse the results of projects and produce reports to assess their impact. • Develop new tools such as the E-commerce Cost Calculator or the E-commerce Readiness
