I’m an entrepreneur at heart with a passion for bootstrap growth and building businesses that create lasting impact. My strengths lie in corporate leadership, service innovation, operational strategy, and building winning cultures rooted in accountability, communication, and servant leadership.In 2008, I founded BryComm with a vision to elevate how businesses experience technology and service delivery. Over the next 15 years, I grew the company from a startup into one of Texas’s leading integrators, scaling to over 250 employees across three cities. In 2022, I was honored to be named EY Entrepreneur of the Year for my work with BryComm. I’ve since exited the company to focus fully on my next chapter.In 2020, I launched Bryte Light — a future-forward company rethinking how smart infrastructure enters commercial buildings. Our approach starts with lighting, using it as the critical entry point to deliver scalable, future-proofed systems in the most economical way possible. While I remain heavily involved in shaping the strategic vision, I’ve taken more of an advisory role this time around, empowering a capable team to lead day-to-day operations.I’m excited to continue building meaningful ventures and collaborating with others who share a passion for innovation, execution, and doing things the right way.
