ABOUT HEIDI CORTEZ

Best Selling Author, Coach, Speaker & Branding Expert As a lifelong entrepreneur, Heidi has made sure to reach timelines & milestones throughout her 25+ yr career. She understood as an adolescent the importance of business & self-branding. She sold door-to-door as a child and was working full time at 13. By the age of 22 she was the sole business owner of one of Northern Nevada’s largest tanning salons. She lead a team of employees and passionately worked 12hr days building the success of the salon while branding herself in the entertainment business. Cortez grew up underprivileged in a small town. She fought hard to work and made herself a public figure over, and over, and over again in many different niches.without money, a manager, agent, or fancy connections. Cortez is a self-taught writer who quickly gained interests with giant brands like SIRIUS Radio and Simon & Schuster. Cortez was hired by SIRIUS in 2005, then soon published her first book with Simon & Schuster in 2006. Her book immediately hit the Barnes & Noble Best Sellers. With the booming popularity, the book was published again by Simon & Schuster the next year in paperback. In 2008 Cortez was cast on the hit American reality television show Sunset Tan on E. The highly-rated tv show helped skyrocketed her tanning salon and entrepreneur success. After many successful yrs of branding herself and becoming one of the world\'s first \"influencers\" on Myspace, Cortez took her knowledge to Instagram and started her first marketing agency in 2013, You Need IG. Heidi wrote her second book titled, “For Somebody Who Knows Nobody” in 2012. Currently Cortez lives in Beverly Hills, CA, coaching, mentoring, and doing marketing for a variety of brands and businesses, including entrepreneurs, plastic surgeons, celebrities, realtors, coaches & more. In 2020 when Covid-19 hit and most businesses were forced to shut down, Heidi and her team thought of a way in which they could help. The $3 marketing Club is what they came up with. In late 2021 Cortez launched :Affordable clothing for female entrepreneurs, hustlers & go-getters. In 2022 Heidi\'s popularity to help others with their brands grew beyond what she could personally take on, but still wanted to continue to share a gateway to successful branding and making money online, so she wrote her 4th book, Get Verified and Profit Like A Boss.
