Why I\'m passionate about storiesMy greatest fear is to live in a world where the freedom to create has been taken away. To live in a place where the stories told are dictated and/or censored and where being different, creative or outspoken is dangerous. Unfortunately these places still exist in the world and these hard-won freedoms seem under threat in many other places.Stories teach us how to love, forgive, help us understand our place in the world, help shape our perspective, teach us about other people and pass down knowledge. Stories are essential to human existence. They should be told in every shape, way or form and people should have the freedom to create and express themselves. This is the main reason why I write, create and make movies and why I help others create as well.
