Write requirements, including epics and user stories, based on Product Manager direction and technical knowledge; including business rules, acceptance criteria, data and infosec requirements, non-functional requirements, accessibility, and integration requirementsCollaborate with Product Manager to understand upcoming work for the product/applications, including business objectives, goals, client requests, user needs, etc.Collaborate with technical team to understand product/application design, components, integrations, tech debt, etc; understand the technical design of the application, upstream/downstream systems and contracts (payloads and methods), data required and produced by the application and data required to validate a changeLead Refinement (story estimation) with the technical team, sharing requirements, and answering questions; lead “Three Amigo” discussions for user stories with Developer and Tester before the work is startedManage and maintain the product backlog (in Jira or similar tool)Represent the product/application to others as SME to answer questions and collaborate on projects, including IT leadership, business stakeholders, Product and UX teams, and upstream/downstream technology teamsCreate and maintain product/application documentation, such as as-is and to-be process models, system context diagram, production support materials, onboarding, and help guides in Confluence (and other tools)Investigate production incidents and pre-production issues by querying databases, reviewing log files, inspect JSON/XML messages, etc.
