As a Senior Banking Leader I am a change agent and builder with extensive experience at global and national financial institutions. Within my leadership roles at both Greenpoint and Wells Fargo I helped recover from challenges and prepare for growth through strategic credit management, lending operations, and risk mitigation. In my position as Senior Manager Lending Operations I have been accountable for residential lending, business cards & lines of credit, SBA lines of credit, secured, standby letters of credit, commercial lending, and fixed financing. I oversee a $16MM Budget, loan Portfolio of over $2B and am accountable for commercial operations across the US and internationally. I have been recognized for assessing risk, increased YOY growth in market share during volatile times, as well as growing revenue by 19% during major corporate change. After joining Wells Fargo, I successfully integrated $1B Wachovia Business Equity line portfolio into existing Wells Fargo restructuring over $70MM in debt. I was acknowledged year over year as a top performer gaining recognition for my strategic leadership within risk and modifications. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, I worked in the wholesale mortgage banking industry for several years where I was responsible for managing the Southwest Region, including 3 branches in Arizona, Las Vegas and New Mexico. My branches consisted of 200 employees and 30 account executives and my primary responsibilities were to grow loan originations, ensure compliant processes and expand banker populations. In 2014 I was selected for the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, Pacific Coast Banking School where I obtained my certificate for Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law and have since served as a Senior Executive Student Advisor. Whereas in my early years I attended Oregon State University where I obtained both my Bachelors and Masters degrees while playing soccer.
