I help leaders in technical roles (IT, project management, finance, supply chain, etc.) connect with their positive intelligence (PQ), conversational intelligence (C-IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ) to complement their IQ. What happens in a coaching engagement? After identifying your goals, we\'ll start our conversations wherever you are today in relation to those goals (if you don\'t know what your goals are, we\'ll start there!). As our discussions progress, we\'ll adapt to the detours, changes and growth that will inevitably arise. We\'ll work together to see through challenges quickly to enable you to discover solutions you didn\'t know were there. You\'ll gain clarity on what\'s most important to you and we\'ll connect that with the bigger perspective of your place in the world. And finally, I\'ll hold you accountable to the extent you choose for the actions you identify as important to your forward progress. What is the experience like? One of the first things you might notice is how present I am to you and the conversation. That can be a little surprising in an ultra-hurried world! Over time, it\'s likely that we will create a close, caring and trusting relationship that will enable us to deepen the conversations. Results? Strengthened and empowered you choose to move confidently toward your goals. How long is a coaching engagement? Typically we\'ll meet every other week for one hour over a period of 3-6 months.
