Strategic Business Operations management and financial and business analysis covering 822 patient care clinics nationwide with $1.2 billion in annual revenue-Assist Vice President, Operations (VPO) with the development and execution of the strategic plan -Partner with VPO and Zone Directors of Operations (ZDOs) to drive the execution of initiatives and projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams -Strategically partner with ZDOs in development of Labor budgets -Operations lead on the Project Initiation process (Start-ups and Relocations)-Manage start-up performance tracking and reporting -Partner with ZDOs in managing other real estate actions -Provide financial analysis, to support decisions on lease renewals, start-ups, and other areas as needed -Project manager for programs and initiatives ensuring targeted ROI and milestones are met -Partner with VPO to manage continuous Policy & Procedure reviews and collaborate on potential changes -Assist with developing and implementing processes to support cost transformation-Assist with managing Capital Expense Requests-Act as a liaison for clinic locations, subject matter experts, IT, learning and development team, revenue cycle solutions, and all other corporate resources-Manage and support national programs and initiatives.
