I am an enthusiastic, well organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail who takes great pride in their work. I have the ability to perform well whilst under pressure, prioritise tasks appropriately and work effectively as part of a team or independently.I play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive insights to various stakeholders, aiding in informed decision-making and target setting to enhance cost efficiency. Currently, I am working on the transition of our data analytics from Excel to PowerBI, aiming to deliver more impactful insights. Additionally, I have experience in evaluating return on investment for automated warehouse solutions and managing peak labour planning during events like Black Friday to optimize costs without compromising efficiency. Furthermore I’ve been heavily involved in benchmarking 3rd party logistics when we’ve looked at expanding the network into new territories comparing the proposed rate cards and giving key financial summaries used in the final commercial pricing negotiations.
