I guide my clients on their personal development journey to work through any issues or triggers that are coming up at work or home. I assist them in realized and recognizing their own triggers in relationships and at work. Then I move them through a process to become clear on their goals and next steps. I utilize specific energy healing modalites as well as subconscious reprogramming to assist in the shifts.I support those individuals who have stayed in relationships (or jobs) longer than they desire in order to avoid conflict. The truth is there is more power in standing up for what you need and desire. I help individuals gain the confidence to change these patters from a place of power. This allows the individual to be fully supported by their partner and their business. I\'m here to help you be seen, be respected, be recognized and to have control over your emotions. Allowing you to trust not only in yourself but in your partner. I care about how you communicate how you show up in your relationships because how you show up here is how you show up everywhere in your life. And since we are just one small fish in a very big pond, we can create lots of ripples together.
