About Chinni Reddygari
Chinni Reddygari currently leads the Global Successfactors Cloud Integration and Extension Services (CIES) and has lead this practice through hundreds of successful Cloud Integration and Extension implementations since 2007. His team helps in building end to end integrations and extensions for customers, helps partners with Expert Services and helps Engineering build pre-packaged integrations and features into the product. He and his team work closely with SAP Product, Operations, Support and Sales to influence the Integration strategy based on their real time hands on field experience. Chinni Reddygari has been with SAP/Successfactors (via Plateau acquisition) since 2001 and worked up from a hands on Consultant all the way through to the Global Practice Lead (2007). Chinni was instrumental in the transformation of Plateau systems from an On Premise solution provider to a SaaS provider, and has dealt with complex dynamics through that journey. Prior to joining SAP, Chinni worked as a consultant with Commerce One, NTTC and SE Technologies, after graduating in Computer Engineering.
