ABOUT CHERI JAMIESON

Cheri is one of Escalent’s primary moderators. She is also one of our resident journey and experience mapping experts, a background that allows her to understand the participant\'s usage and satisfaction surrounding the consumer experience. Cheri\'s energy and warm personality allows her to instantly engage with participants - be it in person, online, or via phone. Her 15 years of qualitative experience is invaluable in giving her license to dig and probe when she senses opportunity for additional insight. Recent Initiatives Product to Target: Moderated focus groups to capture reactions to pre-production designs, followed by conducting in-home interviews among Target Customers to understand target’s life stage, brand allegiances, and product usage. Worked in tandem with quantitative clinic team to leverage findings to enhance existing features, identify unmet needs, and prioritize feature content and willingness to pay among Target Customers.Journey and Experience Mapping: Facilitated workshops to capture a holistic view of the entire customer experience in order to intimately understand the entire purchase experience from start to finish, identify white space to provide insights needed to determine when the purchase decision was made, and discover available avenues to convert customers.Mastering Messaging: Lead the marketing & communications team for a luxury OEM on a multi-phase project that kicked off with research team brainstorming session to elicit internal ideas to test with consumers. Ideas were refined, packaged, and represented to consumers (some carryover respondents and some fresh) to further hone the ideas, before recommending the messaging with the best potential to support the product and brand.Brand Barometer: Targeted rejecters and avoiders of a major manufacturer in order to understand the barriers that keep them from purchasing that brand, and identified methods to overcome those barriers and challenge existing perceptions.
