I am an enterprise operations leader with more than 30 years of experience driving performance, transformation, and scalable growth across complex retail and multi-unit organizations. Throughout my career, I have led large national teams, managed billion-dollar operating environments, and partnered closely with executive leadership to build operational strategies that improve profitability, efficiency, and customer experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Central Operations at goeasy, I lead enterprise operational strategy supporting the easyhome network. My focus includes operational excellence, merchandising and procurement strategy, analytics, and the development of scalable frameworks that support continued national expansion. Previously at Canadian Tire Corporation, I oversaw the national operations of the PartSource network, leading more than 1,800 employees across 80+ locations and driving improvements in sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Earlier leadership roles at Rexall/Pharma Plus and Walmart Canada provided the opportunity to lead large-scale operational transformation initiatives, including a McKinsey-led operational improvement program that delivered more than $33M in efficiency and labor cost savings.
