ABOUT NIRAJ THUMAR

I am a Human Resources Assistant at Canadian Tire Corporation and a Master of Business Administration student at University Canada West. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from Nirma University, India. My core competencies include talent sourcing, customer relationship management, and communication. In my current role, I develop and implement an external sourcing strategy to find and attract qualified candidates and create diverse talent pools. I also establish a solid bond with our core principles to promote our work environment, professional growth prospects, and employee perks. I use platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to source and recruit candidates, and I maintain accurate records using the applicant tracking system. I also participate in career fairs and campus events to build our employer brand. I am passionate about connecting people with opportunities and creating a positive and inclusive culture.
