Lead product manager overseeing 3 squads focusing on onsite ads, contextualization utilizing ML, AI assisted optimization, rules engines, and social commerce. Product manager for AdEngineering focused on a customer first approach to the monetization of content from sponsored ads. Delivering and expanding on inventory, and measuring and iterating to improve performance. I was a lead product manager for the Home App, with a team comprised of three squads, in two locations. I created a new model and workflows with remote teams that now serve as a model for Best Buy. In this role, we launched a new service app to support Total Tech Support members, supporting over 1M members since the launch, with features including online scheduling of appointments, online appointment in store check-in, repair status, and more. I also launched a multi-faceted internal app for conference attendance, agendas, check-ins, and materials.
