Scrum Master • Scrum Master for ~ six Aftersales product teams; Data Warehouse (ADAM), Supply Chain, Connected Car, Business Intelligence,\'Dealerization\', and NCAR Data Lake. These products provide Nissan with a variety of data solutions utilizing machine learning, predictive analytic and modeling. • Facilitating the Scrum ceremonies; Scrum of Scrums, Daily stand-up, Sprint planning and Sprint retrospective additional responsibilities for priorities and backlog management. • Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence) Administration for the six product teams including Aftersales DataMart and Business Intelligence and general onboard for new team members. Achievements; • Implemented a release planning cadence with the Aftersales DataMart Team where development work is completed, tested, signed-off and deployed to production. The process aligns with Nissans’ development standards and change management process. • Authored monthly Sprint/KANBAN status reports, change logs and progress tracker for the Product Management teams. These reports allowed the teams to understand the current health of the projects. • Improved the Project requirements document (PRD) – Prior to implementation of the PRD requirements/scope/design and vision for project / component work was not captured for analysis design, planning and/or team reference. • Improved and expanded the support / RTB (Run the Business) hand-off process document for development projects that are completed and move to Production. The handoff includes the business stakeholders/support team and development teams and covers the full scope of the solution.
