Direct accountability for Sustainability, Media Relations, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Public Affairs.• Responsible for communications strategies to position Bupa Global Latin America (BGLA) as leading healthcare company in the region.• Relationship with media (i.e. coordinating multiple press conferences/interviews: Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Panama, Mexico, Brazil).• Member of Bupa Europe & LatAm Corporate Affairs Leadership Team.• Reputation management, project teams, market unity (leadership meetings in Madrid), Bupa worldwide (global forums in London).• Key role in building the culture/driving employee engagement (i.e. Town Halls: US, Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico).• Leading role to advance the Sustainability strategy: o Award-winning ‘Healthy Cities’ (3 editions)- employees and business partners complete a daily physical challenge (>148 million steps) and, in return, Bupa invests in \'BGLA Green\' reforestation projects trees).o ‘Huellas de Cambio\'- positive impact on the environment and well-being of children; green spaces launched in schools of Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Peru.o Award-winning ‘Bupa Contigo’ - donation of thousands of meals/mental health kits to hospital workers in 6 countries.
