The kitchen team at Elm Grove Bupa has been transformed under my leadership as Kitchen Manager, implementing IDDSI and bringing stringent budget management to the kitchen. With qualifications in catering and hospitality and over 20 years experience, I bring a blend of practical expertise and academic knowledge to the table. I excel in time management and foster an environment where people share their skills and everyone is as important as each other. We have transformed slop on a plate to be able to offer modified meals that look as close to a regular meal as possible and taste like it as well. Often being known for being a Brave kitchen and not being afraid to try new things whilst constantly pushing ourselves.
